Jen works with adults (18+) for individual sessions. Psychotherapy sessions will take a holistic approach and go beyond talk therapy using somatic modalities. Sessions will help you to regulate your nervous system, process past trauma, and better accept yourself.
Psychotherapy sessions can provide psychoeducation, daily practices for nervous system regulation, and deep subcortical processing and release using Brainspotting, Natural Flow EMDR, and The Flash Technique. Other therapeutic modalities include Somatic Therapy (Polyvagal informed), parts work (IFS informed), Self-Compassion, Mindfulness & Meditation, CBT, DBT skills.
Psychotherapy sessions are available to residents of Ontario and may be covered by your extended health benefit plan.
